1-2-1 Sessions
Want to build muscle or lose weight but don’t know were to start? Want to have confidence in yourself and your body?
With my help we will start your fitness journey and conquer your goals with a tailor made program including both fitness and nutrition.
Whether it’s long or short term I will help with your lifestyle and mindset towards fitness.
£35 per hour


Group Sessions
Find it hard to train on your own? Want to spend time with your friends and family as well as improving your fitness?

Why not give group training a go. With my help you and your training buddies can work as a team to achieve your fitness goals as well as having fun.
£35 per hour + £5 per extra person

Learn self-defence, improve your physical abilities or simply try a new way to workout.
